Grinding/screeching noise when starting

I have a 2019 Laramie 5.7 with eTorque and 66,000 miles. The last couple of days it sometimes makes a grinding screeching noise. It almost sounds like when you try to turn on the engine when it’s already on. Any ideas? Battery? Belts? Please help
