Grease for tie rod fittings

Any greased their tire rod fittings yet? I've never done it without the zerk fitting so don't know how people are doing it.

I believe these are sealed and ungreaseable

You can grease the sealed ones. Just need a needle from what I read. Just wondering how often people have done it
