Sport hood: Looks great, if you still have some teenage boy in you. I guess that's why I like it. It does rise higher than the standard hood, however, so the view over the top feels a bit more constrained and even more difficult to see over the hood. I had a '19 Laramie for 4 years so I have lots of comparison time. Here are a few more pix from yesterday's shoot....

I have a sport hood, and it’s ok. I hate washing it because all of the plastic trim holds a lot water and I have to use compressed air or my leaf blower to get most of it out. I really wish FCA would release this hood. It is a concept hood that they actually put a patent on, but never produced. I’d love to have it. There are replicas, but they are fiberglass. I would want a metal one.

Ram already makes a hood like that but better because it has a blower sucking air through the scoop. 😎

Yeah, but that hood will only work on the TRX. It will not fit the regular 1500’s. And, I’d rather not have all that plastic on it that holds water. It’s a PITA to get all the water out, but it sure blows out fine going down the road leaving water spots all over the hood.

Yes, very cool, how do you like the Baja tires? I’ve been looking at all the hybrid tires, trying to get ones on the quieter side, but still look great. I hear the Bahamas are the Lauder of the bunch.
They’re honestly not bad. My Nitto recon Grapplers I feel were louder. They were 305’s though vs these in a 285 so maybe more rubber on the road made them noisier? Not sure. Either way, I like them, can’t wait to see how they are in the winter.

The red is definitely a good choice. I’m partial to blue, myself. Painted mine to match (or close to it) the etorque badging

Liked the blue you did with the tow hooks. What color was it specifically? Dis you paint yourself or have it powder coated?

I painted it myself, I’m not 100% on the color any more, but I think it was this one - got it at Auto Zone.

@Brunzca Thank you for the color share! By chance do you have some front photos of what it looks like directly from the front?
