Does anyone have any experience/tips? Can I order a painted one from factory? Or is it possible ot bang out a couple small dents?

Got in a fender bender. Need to replace front bumper.

I had my front bumper replaced a couple of weeks ago. A guy backed up and his hitch dented the bumper. His insurance payed almost $1400: new bumper, paint and labor. I'm not sure if you can order a new painted from the factory.
