C’mon. I can’t be the only one. Strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding ...I don’t judge. Even CrossFit. Post up your pain cave (No hoses or ball gags ...not that kinda cave). View attachment 87467
That’s a solid set up! I wish one day to have a home gym like this.. I’d still go to the regular gym but nothing like a home gym for rainy days

Used to be waaaayyyyy more into lifting than I am today. Body not happy now with the excess bulk of my youth so I do more cardio and Crossfit style workouts at a local sports club. Garage is for my truck-baby. :D

I have to pay for a membership because I need a pool. My current setup is a triathlon bike on a stand in the corner of the garage.

My very rudimentary setup is in the unfinished basement. My garage is already too small without more stuff in it ha. Cheap bench / rack combo, a bar, and a bunch of plates. I was kinda off it for a while, but have tried to get more into it lately. Saw I was putting on a few around the belly and losing muscle. I figured it was either change my diet, or work out again. There's no way I'm giving up pizza and beer completely.

I don't know if you have ever been to a gym, but in any case, I will explain what it is. A gym is a place where you can train with different machines and weights.

You’ve missed the entire point of this thread and garage gyms. Good start on these forums, btw. 👎
