Future Firmware Update

Does anyone know when the next firmware will be coming?
I really hope they fix this bug that seems to randomize the screen when first turning on.

No one knows. You may never get one. Uconnect is very flaky on these. UC5 is better than UC4, but still not great.

Only ones that know are Uconnect themselves. Uconnect will only release an update past 40.1 if there was a major problem. Which the randomness of the start up isn't what they would call important. They have moved on to Uconnect 5 so the likeliness of a Uconnect 4 update coming down the line is very low.
