Trying to figure out why this judge would have even said this. Is it because the trial didn’t last long enough? Maybe they want to retrial to put him back in the court room asap since he’s gaining momentum and keep him from campaigning?

I don’t know. Doesn’t seem like something this crooked judge would do. There has to be an ulterior motive. The deep state must have planned for this. They know it’s gonna get overturned on appeal.
