It ain't voltage, but amps you gotta worry about.
Amps are voltage divided by resistance. Your body’s resistance is fixed, more or less. So its voltage you gotta worry about, because that’ll determine amperage.

That’s true, but it doesn’t negate Ohms Law. Around 50V DC is all it takes to be potentially fatal (AC has a higher threshold, since voltage crosses zero frequently). Fatter people have an advantage here, as their resistance is higher.

Yep, this means the eTorque battery can potentially cause electrocution. A 12V or 24V can shock you (literally and figuratively), but it won’t kill you.

Anyway, all of this is to say that it’s the voltage that matters. A fast charging station has enough voltage to potentially* kill even the fattest amongst us.

Yea, well, a 9v battery on the tongue is a shocker too. As is pissin on a hot wire.
