Full Def Tank

At 20,000 miles I filled my Def tank as well as my Fuel tank.

I am at just below 1/2 tank of fuel and my Def has not moved at all. I realize the harder you work the truck the more Def it will need.

Maybe it's a slow guage, just making sure I did not break something by accident.

In my experience... inaccurate gauges, Highly unlikely you broke something. I learned to not pay too close attention my my gauge reading and just wait for the low DEF warning, which gives you PLENTY of time to refill.

It should last 5-8000 miles per tank depending on how you drive..it takes a long time to come off empty.

^^ this. I always figured about 1000miles/gallon. IIRC, I used to get about 1200mi/gal, but I drove a ton of freeway miles. Towing will cut those numbers roughly in half.
