Could someone confirm we're it is located on 2023 1500 eco diesel som say its under the bed some say its by driver

The fuel filter/water separator is located under the driver's door on the inside of the frame rail.

under the driver side door on the frame, its a black plastic container with a 1 1/8"-ish hex head on it.

It's 28mm. Nothing on these trucks is imperial. Use metric tools or risk stripping hardware.

gotcha, not a mechanic so i dont have the big metric sizes. I just used what i had laying around and 1 1/8" was close enough for me. Not gunna buy a whole new set for a single socket that ill use once or twice a year.
