I just removed the floor mat on the front passenger side in my 2021 Ram 1500 quad cab, and discovered it was soaked in water. I think it is coming down from the front wall. Any suggestions?

Different truck my dads 2016 2500 had a weld missing on the cab. And was leaking from there. They welded and painted it. It’s good to go. I think it took him 5 trips to dealer and after windows ext. they finally found and fixed it. He was gonna lemon law it but didn’t. They treat him like gold now. Guess they know he could have lemoned it. Besides that. His truck has been perfect.

Seem like it a trip to dealer. have them figure it out, and just keep on checking

Do a search, you should be able to find my thread on the issue. I had the same issue in my 2021. It was the AC drain tube was clogged. Had the dealer clear it out and haven't had any issues since.

Same issue, Pano drainage tube was clogged..Had dealer unblock and had no more issues

Same thing happened to mine, brought into dealer and they had blew out drain line saying it was fixed. Now fast forward 2 more visits and still an issue. If you lift up that rubber foam liner is that still soaked? Sorry to revisit an old thread
