Anyone know what I should check first to figure out the issue? The sensors are clean also

If it was my truck I would check for codes. Then I'd disconnect the battery for about 5/10 minutes. If that's doesn't do anything I'd take it to the dealer if it's under warranty

Have you physically checked the sensors in the front bumper to make sure they are clean and not damaged?

Only thing I've seen trigger the sensors is if you set the wheel heights to a huge value it breaks the sensors. Check the alfaobd and tire size thread.
