Front License plate bracket

I was trying to reinstall my smoke license plate cover in front but the screws are just to short to accept the cover over the plate. I looked up the bracket online and they show longer bolts that come with it. Mine only has regular plate screws, is this how it is suppose to be?

I just checked the kit that came with my truck. Here’s a pic, the bag isn’t even opened.

Okay Thanks, that is what I have. I will just pickup some longer Screws.

I went to install my plates yesterday and realized I was missing the front bracket. I'll add that to the list when I bring the Ram in for the paint repair and running board install.

I didn't like those flimsy screws on my 2014 so I put longer bolts in mine plus I also mounted a Smittybilt offroad lightbar on the top holes. Will be transfering it to
my Rebel when I get it.
