Front Grille Clean-Out

Hi everyone, I have a 2020 Night Edition. Right below the grill (see picture) there is a black trim piece that collects small rocks I can't seem to get out. Is there any way to remove this trim piece or suggestions on how to clean it as it's a recurring issue as the trim piece doesn't fit snug

I work at a body shop at a Dodge dealer, so I see lots of Rams. This is fairly common, I've used a plastic razor blade to just clean them out before. There is not a super easy way to just remove the piece, so just clean out the rocks.
