I want to level my 21 Bighorn 1500. I have read that doing so causes CV axle wear. Is this the case for both spacers and adjustable struts or just spacers?

Any suspension lift that does not return the CV axle angle to normal can cause premature wear. Lifting over 3" without a drop kit is considered the limit as that increases the CV angle. I've put about 65k miles on my 3" lifted truck with no premature CV wear, but I will probably look at replacing them anyway at 100k.

Depends on the amount of off roading you do. If you're on pavement all the time yeah it'll be fine, otherwise I'd suggest Bilstein 5100's. The UCA's that come with the kit are basically OEM with just an upgraded ball joint, so they're not the beefiest. I've been happy with my Rough Country UCA's.
