My new 19 Limited started to develop a knocking sound in the front end at about 1k miles, at 2500 miles it became unbearable. I was planning on taking the truck to the dealer on Monday but I thought I would check under the truck to see where it is coming from. Turns out both front sway bar links were loose and allowing the sway bar hole to knock against the link bolt. The 18mm lock nut either was not tightened correctly at the factory or became loose. I hope this PSA helps others with a similar issue.

Thanks for the info! Do you have a pic of the nut in reference? What is your build date? I have the same issue I’m thinking.
