FCA is liable for all damage. Also make sure your report to nhtsa.gov

I don't think I would be posting pic's where I worked on it being under warranty. They do monitor this forum. JMHO.

Had to pull the axle to get it out of the ditch it drove me into
Looking at the part number tag. What's the VIN number of this truck?

Too late now, but I would've had it towed by a third party.

Dusty

I did have it towed out, they had to pull the axle so it wouldn't cause more damage

Oh damn! FCA should be fixing every bit of that.

Fca just replied, they said they were not liable for the damage and the axle breaking even though they didn't even take the part with them, jusy went off the computer and pictures. Not happy with fca!

So did it fail and lock up the wheel?
I disagree on FCA cover body damage, that's the same for all makes and is in somes warranty. They'll tell you to file on your comprehensive policy

Our 2019 Rebel is in the shop at the dealership for the 2nd time. Last week, the front passenger axle came out of the differential along with all the bearings. The dealership replaced the axel & bearings which both fell out again on the ride home. It was towed in again and they have now determined the differential is defective, and are replacing it. Our truck is still under warranty with 22,800 miles on it.

you have to get a lawyer and pursue it more… and prove it was fca fault
