Fca just replied, they said they were not liable for the damage and the axle breaking even though they didn't even take the part with them, jusy went off the computer and pictures. Not happy with fca!Oh damn! FCA should be fixing every bit of that.
Our 2019 Rebel is in the shop at the dealership for the 2nd time. Last week, the front passenger axle came out of the differential along with all the bearings. The dealership replaced the axel & bearings which both fell out again on the ride home. It was towed in again and they have now determined the differential is defective, and are replacing it. Our truck is still under warranty with 22,800 miles on it.Have a 2019 ram Laramie and had the front intermediate shaft broke anyone have this issue?
