Front Camera Install (Link below)

Do we have any updates on when AlfaOBD will be available for the 2025 & later trucks?

I know that I've listened to a couple different techs at my dealership complain about the Atlantis High architecture and how difficult it is to work with but, unless the architecture is a complete mess, I kinda think they're complaining because they haven't done the training and updated their procedures because some of the things they complain about don't really make sense from a software engineering perspective....

I'd LOVE to be able to sit down with someone knowledgeable (Jimmy????) and ask questions.

No updates. Probably going to be a long time if it ever happens.

Any updates from anyone on adding a front camera to 2025 RAM? I have a 2025 Texas Editions (basically a BIGHORN) with the 3.0 I6 Hurricane SO and it only came with a rear camera. Any idea what it would cost if we just took truck to a RAM dealership and asked them to install one?

They won't do it at all unless a Mopar kit comes out for it. And that's never going to happen.

Not sure if anyone is still looking to add the front facing camera. I came across the Wolfbox G900. You get a front camera, dash camera, rear camera, and gps. It's viewer attaches to the rearview mirror. I think this the route I'm taking for the '25 Rebel.

Received the camera equipment yesterday. Had planned on a weekend install, but I decided to do the front bumper camera last night. The unit has the dash camera built in, so I have that and front bumper. Still deciding if the rear cam will be a cargo or rear bumper. A decision for another day because that requires some time under the truck. Will also hardwire it all this weekend.

Some pics from last night.

First is the physical appearance. Wires will be hidden over the weekend. Second is a picture I took from the mirror camera on the way to work. Last two are stills from each camera. The front bumper is almost straight down because it's for avoiding pets pulling into the carport. It's adjustable from the mirror to point almost straight out or a slightly upward angle.

Not disappointed thus far. I will post more when it's all done.
