Front bumper seal

Hello guys and girls,

This might be a dumb question but when I went to the dealer to service my truck I discover that some trucks have this seal between the headlights and the trim of the truck (Shown on pictures) my truck does not have them. Now I sa a couple of videos on YouTube and I cannot figure out if mine is missing them or just some of them have them and some of them don’t :/ please share if yours have them and what is the output of them!

I will have to check mine, although I'm thinking I have that piece in the middle of the bumper as I noticed when washing the truck that water pools in that little cavity in the middle section of the bumper and does not drain until I drive off.

Does anyone with a limited have the seals? I have seen other trims with and without the seals, but have never seen a limited with the seals. Were the seals added after 2019?
