What do you do about a chrome bumper?

I just used Hillman 7/16" chrome hole plugs. We'll see how they hold up after this winter.

Just put PPF on the front of my truck along with plugs from @Acogs91! They turned out fantastic. I'm picking the truck up in an hour or so. If anyone wants me to take a closer shot of how the plugs were done, I can show you then.

Do they do the whole hood and front end basically? Or just the most forward facing surfaces?

It's completely up to you. You can certainly do the entire hood, or the entire truck if you want but I only focused on most forward areas as that is what's most likely to get hit by road debris. I got the hood covered up to just shy of the vents

I was just wondering if when you do that you can see any of the edges/lines since their not along trim lines of the truck.
Or are they all basically along a trim line of some sort?

You can see the edges if your looking for them. 9/10 people wouldn’t notice it unless you point it out to them. This is a perfect example of function > form.. rather see some edges and have the protection from chips then look at chipped paint

Yes, as @PurpleRT mentioned, you can see them but they aren't very noticeable and are worth the protection. If you were to cover the entire panel, the edges are even harder to see. This is a partial hood and quarter fenders. Too bad the picture quality gets knocked down when I upload, makes it even harder to see
