Anyone know if this will come out paint less?

I don't think they can do much with metal that thick. You could always have them look at it though to be sure.
 
Just can bring to somebody to do it, it will take time but it should be possible to ham it out from inside.
 
It'll be far more tricky because of the crease in the metal where the dent is located. Take it to a Dent Removal expert and see what they say.
 
Anyone know if this will come out paint less?

I have the same sent as well a dent on the lower part of the bumper I have gotten multiple opinions and each one has told me the bumper has to be replaced.
