Has anyone experienced a loud chirp type squeak come from the front brake calipers when hitting bumps?

At first it was believed to be the struts. Replaced the struts and coil springs. Then believed it to be the front sway bar links, placed them, then still had the noise.

Was finally able to replicate noise by hitting the caliper by the slide pin with a rubber mallet. Re-greased pins, greased all contact points of metal on metal and still get the noise. Doesn't make the noise if brake is applied, even just barely applied.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Jersey Jay - I apologize for the trouble! If at any point you decide to address this with your dealer, we are more than happy to get you connected with a specialist for an additional layer of support through that process.

It could be an improperly seated pad spring/pad support, or just noisy. Mine made the noise quite a bit when new but subsided after 4k
