Front bench center console usb.

Day 6. Of owning this and noticed center console usb is out. Taking truck to dealer in morning to have pdr done..weird.

I was also disappointed to find this out, as I had been assured by a dealer this port would support CarPlay. Unfortunately no dealers around me had the bench config when I found my truck in another state. On the other hand, I did take the dealers claim with a grain of salt and figured there was a good chance they are wrong about it. I was happy to see USB port 3 on the back of the center seat on the drivers side I believe does support CarPlay. It would be a pretty simple procedure to do a semi-permanent cord installed in the center console that runs to that port if it is a big deal to you. I haven't done it yet, but am considering it.

I also believe that the center console port is ignition controlled, just in case anyone was not aware of that.

Well its still at the dealer and they said it would need a new port. Just hope their not in there ripping it apart.

UPDATE!!!!.... service calls me and tells me my entire dash on my brand new truck less than 500 miles is torn apart looking for break in wire to center console. Iam beside myself...60k dollar truck. 5 days after owning it . and now iam worried its going to rattle around....urghhhh still no fix yet. Says i may get it back today but it seems doubtful
