Are those Stock 17" Power Wagon wheels w/37's
 
No, they are stock rebel wheels. And it is a 37.

Pretty sure 17s don’t even fit on these trucks because of the brakes. Maybe some would, it would be close. And they are 6 lug.

All the lift kits say 20” wheel or larger. Wondering if they are using a wheel spacer on this. Wonder if I call them if anyone would know that.
 
If you click the link, you can see more pictures. Tires are 37 x 12.5 18's which is interesting. As SilverSurfer15 correctly pointed out, ProComp and others say minimum 20" wheel with their kit. I believe only CST says their kit allows down to 18" but that's all that I've found.
 
I drove by that dealership yesterday and didn't even notice it. Might not have looked though. Lol.
