FM Radio Volume Fluctuations

I read here that there are a few complaints on the annoying FM volume fluctuations. I was playing around & noticed that if you disable your HD FM option, the volume stays on a constant level.

FM reception still sucks either in HD FM or normal FM, at least compared to my Sequoia & Camry that both have shark fin antenna also.

One of the first things I noticed on my 2021 Rebel was how much better the radio reception is vs my 2017 F350.,

There is also a function that increases the volume as atmospheric cabin noise increases (road noise). This may be turned on.
