I’ve got a 2021 1500 and purchased the extended warranty from the dealer when I bought in Dec ‘20. It’s coming up on the five year expiration but I’ve only got 31,000 miles on the truck. Got an info flier from Ram with a link to a site to purchase FlexCare plans that would appear to basically extend out the extended warranty another three years.
They have a premium, plus, and basic plans and they look to be on a pay per month basis. Anywhere from $82 a month for the lowest deductible/ highest coverage to $53 a month for the other end of the spectrum.
Anyone use these? Curious if there’s any feedback on whether these are worth it or not. I’m inclined to sign up just due to all of the electronics in the truck as well as the e-torque system. $50ish a month seems like some peace of mind in that realm considering that an issue with the electronics could be quite pricey.
Thoughts or feedback would be appreciated!
