FL : Are Mopar Extended Warranties fix price?

I vaguely recall reading that the price of Extended Warranties can be negotiated, but with certain non-Ram dealers in Florida there apparently is a fixed price.
Has anyone from Florida been successful in negotiating an official Mopar Extended Warranty (not a 3rd party one)?
If so, what was the best deal in Florida were you able to get?

Just an FYI, it appears to be a FL law that Extended Warranties are a fixed price as it is viewed more as Insurance than a maintenance plan.
