Fix for the Rambox issue with the Retrax Pro MX

I purchased and installed the Retrax Pro MX on my 2020 Ram with Ram Boxes last year. While the cover is super well-made and looks awesome, I was very disappointed because the rails, specifically the side rubbers gaskets very much restricted how much you could open the Ram Boxes. It really put a lot of stress on the hinges of the Ramboxes if just a little extra pressure was used to try an open the lids up a bit. It really hurt the functionality of the boxes.

After I installed this last fall, I called themanufacturer and expressed my frustration. They told me they were aware of the issue and we're working on a fix. While I was glad to hear this, I really didn't think they would address this quickly...

Last week I called them up to see where they were in getting this fixed. I was very surpised to hear that they had indeed fixed the issue and they said they would get the parts out to me. Well, damn the parts showed up at my door over the weekend and today I put the revised rails and hardware on..

I didn't take long and here is the result....The first 4 pics are with me holding the lids up at their max level with the old rails on, and the next 6 pics show that now the Rambox lids are 100% functional again with the new designed rails and hardware...also, the new rails allow the cover to sit much closer to the height of the sides boxes when closed...the old rails made the cover sit up higher, I don't think I catured this in the pics but it looks better imo...
