First time truck owner!

Moved from the UK to USA 8 years ago, after buying owning an Audi S5 for 5 boring years the birth of my son prompted me to get a family vehicle , uninterested by the SUV offerings i decided to go full 'American' and buy a truck, a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited to be precise.
Bloody hell its big!
i have 100 and 1 questions , especially not growing up in the US makes things you take for granted hard to find out, so look for lots of noobie questions and try not to roll your eyes, i really know nothing about this world !

Thanks everyone, I'm still waiting on the documents to be sent through by the dealership, so still yet to drive it, quite the frustration
