Hi All,

I was parking this morning and when I parked I received a notification that a new update was ready and a prompt to update my software or wait until later. I pressed wait until later. However when I got back I was informed I had been updated. Yay. So anyway I am now at FCA.MY23.T25.48-PROD in a 2022 Rebel GT with the 360 camera package.

Since I had been parked, I pretty much immediately noticed that while in reverse, my surround, rear and front cameras came up as options to select (while still defaulting to 360 view just fine). The side mirror cameras were no longer there as options.

I had favorited the side mirrors in the past and if I select them from the page where they are favorites it will show the camera, however the X to leave the view doesn't work. I'm stuck on that camera view. I have to shift gears and it will go back to default view. Anyone else experience this or have a fix? Is this their genius way of addressing the backup camera recall?

I did try to get in touch with support but that went nowhere fast on a Saturday afternoon. Will try again Monday. Ironically I was mentioning to another Stellantis owner how it was weird that I hadn't received an OTA update in a really long time. Be careful what you wish for I guess.

Thanks!

Wait a few hours or a day and see if all of it comes back. Not uncommon.

You actually just updated to an 18 month old software version that “breaks” the camera soft keys on 2022 rams (that’s why you lost the mirror camera soft keys). They have long since released the 25.51 update for 2022’s that corrects that issue, and 27.46 is actually the newest version for your truck.

Any idea how I can force an update to a current version?
