Never really considered a MT tire for the Ram but had on a Wrangler before. Not stellar in snow so could use others in winter but wonder has anyone used a MT or this one specifically?

There is an out of the world deal right now that is forcing me to consider this tire. Mostly local, expect a louder ride but wonder about anyone's specific experience. Thanks.

I don't know if this helps you or not. But I run the Firestone XT on my F250. They are wearing nice, good in ice, snow, mud, and highway. Low noise in my opinion. I have around 30 000 miles on them and they are just below half tread, but I am easy on tires and able to get good milage out of them.

If you can get the special on the XT I'd go with them. If not and the deal was that good I would not be afraid of the MT2. But I like a quieter tire.......

I've also had good luck with the Bridgstone Dueler brands as well. Same wear good and perform good.

So....I have no issue taking a chance every once in a while. I was looking around and stumbled on this set from Walmart.com. Discount Tire sells for $400 per tire. A seller on Walmart has them for $398.99 FOR A SET OF 4 TIRES!!!!!. That is literally buy 1 get 3 free. I had to try. Says they will deliver to my garage for free in 2 days. If they are 2 years old I have 30 days to return.

I was getting ready to sell my ORG 285/45/22 Wildpeak AT set and try something else, so this will be interesting. Will prob mount in TRX or Rebel wheels. Will update, but I guess I was just curious if anyone else has seen some of these nuts deals on WM.com

At that price and they honor it, you'd be a fool not to try. Like that is the best bet you can take especially with 30 day return. Like I stated Firestones and Bridgestones have treated me very well. Good luck and keep us posted.
