I been needed a fire extinguisher finally got one and decidded to moutnit under the passenger back seat. I used a 3ft x 1 1/4 piece of steal. Pretty simple. Its not loose has a bit of a bend but i mounted the fire extinguisher a bit closer to the bolt closest to the door to take a way a bit of lag. But over all im satisfied. Far cheaper then the universal mount online forgot the name of it. Which runs over 50 buck. Enjoy ram fam

I just throw this in my upper glove box super small light and compact new level performance. I saw them featured on Lenos Garage.

They also include a plastic mount with the extinguisher if you want to mount it. I have one of these in my boat as well.

Has anyone seen one that mounts to the front seat tracks for RAM? I have seen some designed for sports car where a bracket mounts on the front of the front seat track and then the fire extinguisher attaches to the mount. It makes for a quick reach under the front seat when in need.

FYI, we had new vehicle fire extinguishers delivered last week at work. The rep said multiple times when transporting make sure the pull pin loop is on the top when in the horizontal position. Just in case the little plastic retainer breaks, the pin should stay in place.

That's right on, going to buy a couple or more.
