Hey all, I'm about to drop some serious coin and I figured I'd post up my specs to see if anyone thinks I may run into any issues.

I've got a 2.5" Motofab leveling kit and my truck is a North Edition (ORP).

I plan on running 295/70/18 Nittp Ridge Grapplers. Mounted on 18x9 +0 wheels.

Why not 35's? I figure I'll save a little bit on rotational mass (mpg and wear and tear) for a tire that looks the same from the side. Also, it would perform better in the mud and more importantly, snow.

Anyhow, I appreciate any and all advice. I plan on buying this setup tomorrow!

If your concern is rubbing you will be fine. There will be no issues with that setup. What wheels are you going with?

I ordered 18s for my North, but then after talking to Discount Tire Direct and taking my own measurements I got scared they wouldn't clear the brakes and if they did it would be by a millimeter. So I went 20s reluctantly.

Having said that, my 295/60R20 was supposed to be a 34" tire but measures exactly where my prior 35s did. They fit fine but I could NOT go any taller or wider than this with 0 offset.

I hear ya!

I guess I'm willing to push my luck here, as plenty have ran them successfully.

I hope I'm not wrong...

Worst case scenario you'll have to grind down the calipers like an 1/8" if the wheels require 1/2oz weights. If the wheels just require 1/4oz weights on the outside of the barrel you should be fine.

Thanks for that!

The wheels and tires are en route! I've no problem giving the calipers a haircut- weight savings!
