I looked at most of the threads and can’t seem to find a clear answer. Is there anyone that makes fender flares for the 19 Laramie with the stamped flare right in the sheet metal ? I only seem to see threads on removing factory flare or fenders with smooth lip install.there are no flares on my truck other than the stamped sheet metal bumpout . 9E8A2AAC-0FBD-4E73-97E9-0BB920BEA48F.jpeg I put on aftermarket wheels and the offset is not the same as factory and the wheels immediately throw crap on the side of truck, mirrors ,and others wheel well. My Laramie is the blacked out version.

Are you sure that's stamped metal? I'm thinking those are just body color painted flares (plastic). You should be able to follow same steps to remove those and install any of the new flares from EGR, Rough Country or Bushwacker.

They aren't stamped. They come off if you want them to I believe there are holes in the fender when you remove them though. They have actual rivets that hold them in place from the factory. Here are some Bushwackers I put on my Big Born.
