What truck are they going to be mounted to?
If your truck didn't come with fender flares from the factory, You'll have to replace the fenders or drill holes in them to fit the OEM flares.
You can do what I did, I bought aftermarket ones that don't require you drilling into your fenders.

You can get them in matte black and paint them any color you want or get your specific color for a little more from eBay too.
I'd have sent you a fender flare that is painted in your truck's color but you don't have a signature so I don't know this info.

Do not know the make cause they were on the truck when I bought it. if some one wants to trade mine for the small factory ones same color then yes i will trade

You need to verify you have the fenders with the holes in them.

Otherwise you can’t use Oem fender flares.

Those look like the Mopar off-road flares.
You can use oem Laramie flares. Just pop out the tabs and trim some of the tab holders.(too me maybe 20 minutes.) that go into the fender. get some of that t welting rubber that goes on bushwackers, and they'll bolt on like any other after market flare.
