Fender flare paint

I saw a thread about this a few months ago, but I'd say it's not a common problem. If I remember correctly, it was determined that the fender flares were not painted properly, and repaired under warranty. But I can't be sure about that. It's worth taking it in and trying to get it fixed under warranty.
