Finally unwrapped the user manual for my Ram and found all the other bits and pieces they put in the pack, which included a card about FCA roadside assistance.
Has anyone had to use this service and is it reliable? As I read it, as long as our basic limited warranty is active we can use the FCA roadside assistance for a jump start, lockout, towing 10 free miles etc. Seems like a good deal but didn't want to think too highly of it until I heard feedback ... would hate to be caught out somewhere and not able to use it for some reason.
