Just read your loan papers (usually legal size form) that outlines the terms etc. There should be a statement/paragraph that says if there is a penalty for pay off early. Mine had a 'yes' or 'no' checkbox and 'no' was checked so I refinance before the 1st payment was due. The finance guy told I had to make 4 payments but the 'no' box was checked so I was good to go. One thing, you probably have to pay your local taxes and register the truck before you can refinance (my bank needed the registration to be done first).
