Falken Wildpeak M/Ts on Fuel Vapors! Help!

So I’ve decided on this combo with a ton of research and shopping around. My 18’ 2500 Tradesman is stock but will be going with a leveling kit at Big 10 Tire in Madison, MS. I would like an 18” wheel with a 35” tire. Can someone A) tell me if this is doable without any rubbing and B) help me with specific tire and wheel measurements so I don’t sound like a dummy when I go to request this?

I don’t understand how any of this is measured and I’m incredibly confused. Please help a junior out

I ran 295/70/18’s which are 34.5” tall on my stock 2018 2500 with no issues, other than I didn’t like how it robbed my power and made my transmission shift. With a level 35’s will be no problem.
