I hear a very faint whistle sound (lasts about half a second) when the truck shifts from 1 to 2 and from 2 to 3. I assume it's the eTorque doing its shift-smoothing thing. Has anyone else heard theirs do it? Is it an eTorque thing or a RAM 1500 thing?

It doesn't seem to be a problem, just an observation.

That does sound like it would be the eTorque. I've never heard mine so that, but I probably wouldn't hear it over the exhaust even if I turned down the radio.

That the truck taking in air. It’ll be slightly louder with a K&N

Yeah, the only time I hear it is under light acceleration and the radio turned off. Like I said, it's not a concern. I just wondered if it was the eTorque doing its thing.
