you can paint the grill stuff and plastic CHROME parts with a little scuff and acid etch prime n shoot; however, the BUMPER is a different issue. because it is STEEL you will not get much bonding from the paint. (the plastic parts you actually scuff THRU the "chrome" coating) just order a primer bumper or order a paint to match bumper. They are about $600 ish EMPTY. $800 loaded.
