I have 72,000 mostly highway miles on the original shocks. I'm thinking about replacements. My main concern is on road comfort.
Should I go with stock shocks from the dealer or Bilstein's?

You will have to check your build sheet but your truck may have come stock with Bilsteins, mine did.

Just my thoughts, but If you are happy with how it rides now, I would say stick with the stock replacements. Unless you got other plans with modding your suspension, it just makes sense. You got 72k comfortable miles out of your stocks.
Shocks, struts, suspension…anything beyond stock is a worm hole of information you’ll need to weed through. Good luck👍
