So... I know the factory will not install this as an option since they dont want to be liable for the dumb owner that sees a gooseneck and says "it'll tow 30k"
But is there a rear frame difference between the 1500 and the 2500 where the factory plate kit mounts?

I have seen people install the B&W underbed kits, but Id love a more factory option. Just not sure if the location is free or the bolt patterns are there.
My plans are for a gooseneck travel trailer Im building.
~7000-8000lbs fully loaded
~800-1200lb TW
My truck has a true 1746lb cargo capacity so I have a bit of head room for this. Im not planning on a 10k monstrosity, This is actually more of a horse trailer designed as a camper.
