Exterior Temperature reading 10 degrees high?

Hi All,

Have the 12.1 UConnect. My exterior thermometer seems to be reading consistently 10 degrees high outside temperature. Anyone else seeing this?

Mine is consistently 7-8 degrees higher

The exterior temp sensor is mounted in your rear view mirror. I dunno about you fellas but my mirror is black and henceforth retains heat which I perceive leads to the temps being off a bit.
