Explanation for lack of Aftermarket parts available

Picked up a 2021 Ram Rebel about 4 weeks ago and I'm wanting to start making it my own. However it seems like the 5th gen rams are lacking in the aftermarket part availability. Any particular reason for that?

What are you looking for? I haven’t found a shortage of anything for 5th gens.
