Hi forum peeps, have an issue that maybe you can help solve for me. I purchased and installed a roll-n-lock retractable tonneau cover as a Xmas present to myself to replace a 12 year old backflip g2 (still functioning but not suiting my needs). Install was super easy and done in under and hour in -10C weather with warmup breaks by myself. Everything worked great until temps dropped to -20C where one of the expansion bolts through the side of the bed that supports the back end of the rail near the tailgate decided it didn’t want to work anymore and spit the bolt out. The expansion sleeve is still there, but the bolt just slides in and out like it’s was drilled out.

Roll-n-lock is sending me a new expansion bolt but their instructions to remove the existing one say to grind the back of the bolt off to remove it. Obviously this is not possible without removing the bedside, any other ideas without access to the backside of the expansion sleeve bolt? Need to maintain the exact diameter of the hole through the bed as well so the new one will work. Attached a pic of the expansion sleeve below.
