3” catback exhaust 817843 American Thunder

Has anyone installed this exhaust? I am leaning towards it as Kit has Super 50 muffler with 3” tubing and eliminates all resonators. Wish it had 5” tips but could change that. Anyone who has it please give feedback. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I went with Flowmaster American Thunder cat back. 3" tubing all the way back to 4" black tips which is the combo I was looking for. Great fitment, quality and sound.

I was thinking of going with this. I like the 3" tubing to the 4" tips. Do you have any video clips? I tried searching for other 3" systems and couldn't find any other than flowmaster.

Did you have a part # for the 18" muffler? I was looking on their site, see a number of them, but i think it's just the various offsets and tubing sizes.

Stock is 3”. That’s why I just welded on a muffler instead of a full system.

My stock system was 3” to the primary muffler and then 2.5” back to 5” tips. Flowmaster carries the 3” all the way to the tips.

Thanks for the clip.
So the first part of the video is Magnaflow 18 with all 3 resonators in place.
The second part is the same Magnaflow 18 but with all 3 resonators removed.
Sounds really nice!

I was wondering how much difference those 2 resonators near the tips made. Now I know !!
