Exhaust question

So I recently bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited with the 5.7 Hemi. A few months back I installed the AFE Momentum GT cold air intake and then today I just put the AWE 0FG cat back exhaust on it. I do like it but when looking underneath I guess I didn’t realize that the cat back system doesn’t actually start until after the mid pipe. I don’t really know a lot about how the exhaust works, I was thinking of replacing the mid pipe and maybe even the downpipes that come off the cats just so that it’s all nice new 304 stainless but I don’t know if I should or what brand to get. I would like it to be AFE or AWE since I already have those brands with the CAI and the cat back exhaust. I don’t want it to really be any louder than it is now so I don’t know what to get, high flow? I just need help to understand it all better.
