Sorry first ever truck ram 1500 2019 limited when running am I supposed to have water and air coming out of here ? Also no nuts on the bolts? Could this be effecting my gas mileage ?

Need more info. Where is that connection? And are there threads cut into that flange? It might not need a nut.

Generally, nothing should come out. But if that's after the rear O2 sensor, it doesn't matter. It'll just be louder than it should be, and probably not by much. There will always be some moisture in the exhaust. Water vapor is one of the products of combustion.

The bolts are threaded into that flange.

There should not be air leaking at that midpipe connection. Those are known to have a bolt break there, looks like that could be your issue.

No, it will not effect fuel economy. It is well beyond the oxygen sensors.

That is plausible for real city driving. I get 13.2 in a mixed city hwy.
