Has anyone removed and straight piped the 6.4 exhaust resonator? Wonder if that would void the 3/36 warranty somehow?

You will probably get a better response from the H.D forum as those folks actually have a 2500 as opposed to us with 1500’s. :)

Thanks, I'll try this angle... has anyone experienced warranty related issues when modifying exhaust or suspension components?

If you don’t mess with the cats you won’t void any warranty with a simple exhaust mod. Same for the suspension if you do a 2”/4”. Once you go big, the answer is, it depends. If they can tie a malfunction to your mod, they might give you a hard time. For example, a transmission issue or water leak isn’t going to be declined because of an exhaust mod.

Thanks, that’s generally what I’ve been hearing. The time has come to purchase some hardware... need to improve the sound and level the rake. Cheers
